short numbers 

Service description

With SMS/MMS short numbers, you can offer your customers access to content services via SMS (Short Message Service) and MMS (Multimedia Messaging System). These numbers must be requested from a telecommunications service provider.

SMS/MMS short numbers are three to five-digit numbers, the first digit of which must be between 2 and 9.

SMS/MMS short numbers are allocated directly to content providers by the telecommunications service providers Salt, Swisscom and Sunrise. Please contact one of these providers directly to request an SMS/MMS short number.
