All organizations that dispose of special waste, accept waste from third parties or export waste must have a site on the eGovernment portal DETEC. This applies to waste facilities (including disposal companies in accordance with VeVA) as well as waste handlers and exporters in accordance with VeVA. All approved sites are issued with a site number.
An organization can have several sites and thus several company numbers.
