Request organisation rights

Service description

Request an authorisation as an employee or administrator of an organisation. The application is then checked by an administrator of the organisation and either approved or rejected. Only if you are authorised for an organisation can you use and start services for it.

What can be requested?

Would you like to start a service for an organisation already registered on the DETEC eGovernment portal?

Then you will have to request the corresponding rights from the organisation. You can use this service to request authorisation from the competent administrator. You can use and start services for this organisation only after confirmation by the administrator.

 The following authorisation levels can be requested:

  • Employee of an organisation
    Services can be used, requested and managed, messages can be viewed, documents can be downloaded and responses can be given to queries and negative decisions.
  • Administrator of an organisation
    Same rights as authorisation as for an employee. In addition, addresses (including UID), authorisations and authorisation requests can be managed.

If your organisation does not yet exist, register it using the Create organisation service. You will then automatically have administrator rights.
