How can I find out the current status of my service order?

When you are logged in, the DETEC eGovernment portal gives you an overview of orders in the business case list navigation area. The business case list displays all the latest information about a business case. The associated ID, the latest change date and the current status are shown for each request. This status is visible to all authorised users of the organisation.

In your messages, you will receive a notification when your request has been processed or reviewed. When a new message is sent in the portal, you will also be informed by email.
