How can I change my mobile phone number for authentication?

If you have selected text message as your second factor for authentication and you cannot log in now because you have changed your number, you can change this in the login process. To do this, carry out the following steps:

  1. Click on the 'Login' padlock icon at the top right. 
  2. Enter your email address and password. 
  3. You will now be asked to enter the confirmation code.  Instead, click on 'Change phone number' at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
