I have forgotten my password. What do I have to do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can have it reset by email (via eIAM, the federal login service).

To do this, carry out the following steps:

1. Click on the lock icon in the upper right corner.
2. On the eIAM page, click on the "Forgotten password" link and enter your email address.
3. You will receive a code by email.
4. Return to the eIAM page and enter the code you received.
5. Set a new password.
